Committees

     Horticultural Committee

          Develop schemes and plans for the maintenance and beautification of the common areas
          Develop and provide a budget to the Board of Directors by October 15th each year
          Make recommendations as needed for the maintenance and beautification of the community

     Communications Committee

          Will make copies of the covenants and bylaws to the residents at a minimal cost
          Create and distribute a newsletter
          Responsible for the timely distribution of communications from the officers and
            Board of Directors members
          Audit and proofread communications materials
          Maintain an archive of communications distributed
          Develop and provide a budget to the Board of Directors by October 15th each year
          Make recommendations as needed for improved communications to the community

     Activities Committee

          Responsible for seasonal decorations and neighborhood functions/gatherings
          Responsible for special event planning, implementation, and acknowledgement & community
            welfare
          Develop and provide a budget to the Board of Directors by October 15th each year
          Make recommendations as needed for improved activities to the community

     Architectural Review Committee

          Review formal request Architectural Review Form
          Gather additional information for the review, if necessary
          Document architectural conflicts according to the covenants
          Provide residents with a notice of non-compliance and request correction in a set
            period of time (15 days}

      Legal Committee

          Review and update the covenant and bylaws
          Advise the Board of Directors on covenant and bylaws changes
          Review legal options with the Board of Directors on all legal questions pertaining
            to the Homeowners association
          Draft documents as needed in the operation of the Homeowners Association activities
          Serve as a general resource for any and all legal issues/questions pertaining
            to the association
          File property liens or appropriate action for covenant violation(s) in the interest of the
            community



Processes

      Architectural Non-Compliance Review Process

          Submit a formal request for review to the Board of Directors using the specified
            template
          The Board of Directors will review and send the request to the Architectural
            Review Committee

      Covenant/Bylaws Amendment Process

          Submit amendment request to the Board of Directors
          The Board of Directors will review the request
          The Board of Directors will accept or reject the request by at least 60% of
            the board majority
          Submit the amendment to the Legal Committee
          If accepted by the Legal Committee, the amendment will be filed and recorded
            in the updated covenant/bylaws

      Expense Request Proposal Process

          Submit request to the Board of Directors from a committee chair, officer, or a
            member of the Board of Directors
          The Board of Directors will accept or reject the request by at least 60% of the
            board majority
          The requestor will be informed to the boards decision pertaining to the request
